At osterlo, comfort comes first. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

- All original tags and packaging must be included

To start a return, please contact us at support@osterlo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Process

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions via email

- Returned items must be shipped back to the address provided in our return approval email

We do not accept returns sent without prior approval.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected:

- You may choose an exchange for a different size or item
or

- Receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card

Store credit:

- Never expires

- Can be used on any future osterlo purchase

At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

A Note on Comfort & Care

Our products are designed to be soft, textured, and comforting. Because of their nature, we’re unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, or use.
